Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George Zuk can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

A Distinct Laugh

George did have a very distinct laugh, at times when I think of him I can actually hear it. It was a Hardy laugh. George was a gentleman, when he and I drove back east together in his Lincoln, he was so polite when he met my parents. He didn't want to be a bother by staying the night before he continued his drive to Montreal, solo, but my parent insisted. They were so appreciative that he brought me home to them safe and sound. The dash lights were not working on the Lincoln, so if we wanted to know the speed at night, we had to use a flashlight. George did say that if I hadn't done a lot of the driving it would have taken for ever to get to Montreal. I do love driving. George was always so welcoming when I would drop into his home. We actually lived very close. I still after almost one year, I find myself wanting to go and visit him on my way home. You are probably enjoying yourself on the other side, you have Debbie and Helen to party with. Still missing you George. Darlene Deagle
