The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Frederick Campbell can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Maurice & Dawn Greer
Condolence: Our hearts are saddened to hear of the passing of our long-time friend Freddie and we send our deepest sympathy to Alice, Eleanor & Tony, Alison & Warren and the entire extended family. Since our arrival in Canada over 40 years ago, we have maintained our deep friendship with Freddie and Alice, a friendship that played a major role in our settling here. In the early days we made many “exploration” trips together with our families and we have many fond memories of Freddie from those days, his generosity, sense of humor, the practical jokes, easy-going attitude and his devotion to his family and friends. We will all miss him a lot.

Condolence From: Amanda McIntyre
Condolence: Sending deep sympathy and a big McIntyre family hug to Alice and the Campbell family circle in Canada and Belfast. My Dad, Albert, has great stories of the times with Freddie and Blackie, the 3 amigos in matching suits and of the church trip to Brown's farm at Dunseverick castle. Dad loved seeing the photos again - thanks for sharing them. Dad's brothers and sisters also cherish the memories of being great neighbours and family friends with the Campbells in Castlereagh. Of course my biggest thank you to Freddie is for being the matchmaker to my mum and dad! I'm sure mum is saying thanks again to Freddie and they are remembering the linen factory and the banter with the Watsons and mum's great friend, Lillian. God bless xx
