Condolence: Bernie, I was so sorry to hear of Donelda's illness and passing. I pray that you and your family will find the strength to carry on without her. My dad passed away in January, For the recessional song we chose 'We'll Soon be done with Troubles and Trials' a Gaither song. That song has been a great comfort to me and I have listened to it many times. Love and prayers.

Condolence: Bernie, we were sorry to hear of Donelda's passing. It is some years ago that we went to Swift Current Bible Institute with Donelda. She was always a fun and bubbly person. We then met both of you for several years at the Lake Louise Retreats. Time passes but the memories and relationships that are made are lasting. You were an awesome couple to know. Our sincere sympathies go out to you Bernie, and to your family. We pray that God would give you all comfort and strength for each day. Larry and Marion Boese

Condolence: Bernie & Family... we heard of Donelda's passing from mutual friends. It has been many years since our Calgary days but remember fondly Donelda's positive ways, her big smile, and our little ones playing together. We are so thankful for our chance meeting with you, Bernie, in the Calgary airport just a year ago. We felt an immediate connection after so many years. God go with you. May your memories and God's presence be your strength as life continues.

Condolence: It's been many years since I've seen you, Bernie; however, I did want to pass along my sincere sympathy to you and your family in your recent loss. Donelda (or Donnie, as I knew her) added a certain sparkle to whatever it was she did at Swift Current Bible Institute back in the '60's. I remember her beautiful smile, and her fun-loving nature. She lived her life with enthusiasm and zest. Praying that God will give you comfort and strength today, tomorrow and in the days and months ahead.
