September 22, 1958 - December 5, 2017
After an intense, heroic battle, Danny won his right for rest and tranquility in the arms of his love, best friend and soulmate, Shelley Cain. Remember Dan as a quiet, kind, and intelligent man who had an incredible sense of humor and an insatiable thirst for knowledge and history that he loved to share.
Dan was a proud sprinkler fitter who held esteem for and by his union family at Local 496.
Dan awaits his parents Freda and Clyde, Brothers Richard and Jeff, niece Brea, nephew Josh, Mother-in-law Cathie, Brother-in-law Marty Cain, best pal and union Brother Matt Warman, and Granddaughters Julia and Paige. Danny touched many lives, and will be deeply and sorely missed by all who had the honor to know him.
As per Dan's wishes, there will be no service held. An Informal Gathering will be held at the Kokonut Kove Pub (3309 - 17 Ave SE) on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2:00 pm. All are welcome. Donations for the Veteran’s Food Bank will be accepted.
