It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ismael Picazo in Calgary, AB on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the age of 56.
Ismael will be remembered for his tenacity and work ethic, his sense of humor, and his unwavering devotion to his family. His character never faltered even in the face of a difficult health prognosis.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Glynis Bengson; his children, Katherine, Carmina, Melissa and Melvin; his siblings, Perlita, Cleofe and Eulogio Jr.; members of his extended family; friends and old classmates.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Albert the Great Parish (10 Prestwick Drive SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary and/or the Canadian Cancer Society.
