Randy Hilliard passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the age of 67. He was a down-to-earth man who touched many lives in a lot of ways. He had a sense of humour, a sense of fairness, and above all, one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. In his travels through life, he built a treasure trove of "Randy stories", and as long as they continue to be told, his spirit will be kept alive.
