November 6th, 1935 - March 4th, 2019
Surrounded by those who loved her, Maria went to be with the Lord on March 4th, 2019 at the age of 83. Maria was born November 6, 1935 to the late Felipe Avila and Leonor Cabrera. She was the loving mother to Ana, Oscar (Isabel), Leonor (Pedro), and Ricardo (Lety). She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Geovanny (Cynthia), Tony (Amanda), Rebeca, Sarahy (Richie) and Cesia. Maria will be lovingly remembered by her great grandchildren Anahi, Tazlyne, Gerson, Emerson, Edward, Aaliyah, Dylana, Ida, Odin, Zayla, and Camila as well as many more family and friends.
Maria was a very loving and generous spirit who was involved with various communities around the city. She made everyone she encountered feel at home. She had an infectious laugh and her smile could brighten the darkest room. She will be greatly missed and the family ask that you join us in a celebration of her life at Choice Memorial, Cremation & Funeral Services (105 – 4715 13 Street NE) on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 11:00 am. Ella fue una madre amorosa con sus hijos, Ana, Oscar (Isabel), Leonor (Pedro), and Ricardo (Lety). Sera extranada siempre por sus nietos, Geovanny (Cynthia), Tony (Amanda), Rebeca, Sarahy (Richie) and Cesia. Y Siempre recordada con amor por sus bisnietos, Anahi, Tazlyne, Gerson, Emerson, Edward, Aaliyah, Dylana, Ida, Odin, Zayla, and Camila juntos con mucha familia y amigos.
María tenía un espíritu muy amoroso y generoso que estuvo muy involucrada con varias comunidades en su ciudad. Ella podía hacer que cualquier persona se sintiera en casa.
