母亲于秀英，原籍山东省掖县，生于1946年9月17日，因病医治无效不幸于2017年4月19日4时40分在加拿大卡尔加里市逝世，享年七十岁。
母亲一生善良、好客，乐于助人。 对待儿子女儿，尽心尽力，关怀备至。对待亲戚朋友，有难必帮，真心诚意，和睦相处。
母亲，您一路走好！愿您在天之灵幸福！ 安息吧，敬爱的母亲！
今定于2017年4月21日在卡尔加里火化，骨灰将择日送回抚顺与父亲合葬于金山公墓。 谨此讣告。
