Obituary for Elizabeth Eileen Bodnar (Muise)

Elizabeth Eileen Bodnar (Muise)
Elizabeth Eileen Bodnar (Muise) 54 of Calgary Alberta, passed away on Sunday March 1st 2015 with her loving son Tyler by her side. Liz was born on October 20 1960 in New Waterford Cape Breton Nova Scotia She is survived by sisters Patricia ( Andy) Baker, Agnes Muise, Phyllis (late Joseph) Lamey, Mary (Phil) Lynch,Joan (Peter) Kaltsunas, Helen (Stuart) Muise, Annette (Kevin) Campbell, Johann Muise brothers John (Anita), Robert (Jill), Jimmy (Heidi) and many uncles aunts nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Tim and both parents James (Squibby) and Helen Muise. Elizabeth had a great number of friends who were by her side along her journey who she greatly apprciated. Elizabeth's pride and joy was her son Tyler, who, she raised to be actually as she had hoped; an intelligent, caring and loving young man. Liz had a sharp and dry sense of humor and you had to be prepared such as the time she started a rousing rendition of " O Canada " in a crowded restaurant for no apparent reason. With her East Coast charm, she made everyone comfortable and at home. Sadly she will be missed; but her loving husband Tim, her Mom and Dad are enjoying their reunion. A celebration of Elizabeth's life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 284 (606-38th Avenue NE) on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 1:00 pm. The family invite you to share photos, memories and stories of Elizabeth here on her Book of Memories.
