It is with great sadness the family of Helen Komarnisky (nee Zawislak), beloved wife of the late Bill Komarnisky, announce her sudden passing on Tuesday, January 15,2019 at the age of 71 years.
Helen loved many things: gardening, cooking, camping, country music and oldies, dancing and animals. Helen will be remembered by family and friends as hard working and fun loving.
Helen will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Christine Moon; her granddaughters, Amanda and Kathryn Komarnisky; her great granddaughter, Rachel Jean Sheppard; brother, Zenon Zawislak; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins all of Winnipeg, MB. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, Bill; her mother, Olga Zawislak; her father, Michael Zawislak and her grandmother, Clementine Pasichniak.
Funeral Service will be held at Choice Memorial (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to service.
