Condolence: I found out today I worked with John for only 2 years, it could of been 10 he had such an impact on me. I'm Italian too and easily exited like John so working with him was loud. I remember having shouting matches and I mean shouting but 5 minutes later it was finished and we were laughing together. You never felt you worked for John instead you worked with him, you would do anything for him and he would do anything for you. The world needs more people like John.
