Penny Burlington
August 26, 1944 (Winnipeg, MB) – November 16, 2018 (Calgary, AB)
Surrounded by immense love, Penny passed away from complications due to Cancer on Friday, November 16, 2018. Penny faced her cancer as she faced her life, with dignity, grace, determination, humour and incredible courage.
She will be forever and lovingly remembered by her only daughter Leslie and the lights of her life, her beloved grandchildren Zakary and Rylie Tarry. Penny is also survived by her sister Mary-Lou (Gerry) Plischke and family of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Special thanks to the MAID Team, the Palliative Care Team, and the incomparable nursing staff of Unit 83 at the Rockyview Hospital. We are forever grateful for your care.
