Benjamin Zimmermann
September 6th, 2018 - November 3rd, 2018

Our Baby Benjamin now is with our Lord Jesus. Our son was born with a very rare syndrome that gave him almost no chance to survive. It was 56 days at the NICU with many struggles and victories. Only 47 babies have been registered in the world so far with the same diagnostic and none survived, some without even having the chance to be born.

But I don’t want to focus on the problem but on the victory. Our Benjamin was a warrior since his first breath, went through many painful processes, and overcame all of them. He was gone 5 times but he came back. Maybe because we were praying for him and the loving God who answers our prayers was giving us the chance to have a few more days to enjoy him.

We believe he accomplished his mission and purpose on this short journey in this earth. It was only 2 months and a lot of people were extremely touched by him and our faithful testimony.

Benjamin will be always remembered as our Firstborn and beloved son, son of my right hand and son of our happiness. Our baby finally reached PEACE. No more invasive tubes on the mouth or on the noses. No more lines and punctures of needles.

You finally got the Peace, my son! The peace that exceeds all understanding. You are in a better place where there is no more pain, no more suffering, and no more sorrows. The Lord, who has made you and created you when you are still on your mothers wound, decided to hold you in his Loving Arms!
“…The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.” Job 1:21

Benjamin will be always remembered as this cute baby, with blue eyes, strong, that overcame all the numbers and paradigms, also touching many hearts.

We will miss you my boy, my beloved firstborn. Mommy and Daddy loved you with all our heart and soul. We are not saying goodbye, but we are saying See You Soon!

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:4
