Gerlie Fernandez
November 25th, 1981 - October 31st, 2018
Gerlie was born on November 25,1981 in General Luna, Quezon Province, Philippines. She was the eldest among the 2 siblings, (Eric). As a young girl, she was loved by everyone else. She was a happy, motivated, and studious person. Gerlie loved her family dearly. Everyone wanted to know her because of her infectious smile. She dreamed of being a nurse one day but eventually ended up caring and nursing her own 2 kids.
Gerlie eventually explored a new life in Florida at St. Pete Beach in January 2008 and worked there until October of 2008 when she decided to explore another opportunity in Canada From October 2008 to October 31, 2018.
Unfortunately Gerlie got sick in 2011and courageously faced her medical trials. Her positive outlook in life described Gerlie as she was. Gertie lost her battle on October 31, 2018 at 8:17 AM with her family at her bedside. Our fun memories of her will linger in our hearts forever. Till we meet again, we love you and we miss you.
Funeral Service will be held at Choice Memorial Cremation and Funeral Services (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Sunday, November 4th at 1:00 pm.
