June 23, 1966 - Thursday, October 25, 2018
Born in Calgary, Alberta on June 23, 1966, Paul Thomas Montague passed away surrounded by family at home on October 25, 2018, at the age of 52.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 and companion of 34 years Teresa; children Kyle (Alyssa) Montague, Katie Montague, and Michelle Ambrus; grandchildren Josh Ambrus and Kassy Handziuk; sisters Joan (Bob) Mackay, Lucille Laird, and Ginny (Kent) Walker; nephews Chris and Ryan Mackay; great niece and nephew Kianna and Keenan Laird; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Paul was predeceased by his parents Annie and Desmond (Monty) Montague and nephew Cliff Laird.
Paul worked for Cedar Crest Lands LTD as a heavy equipment operator/trucker for the last 20 years, where he was very proud of his work. Paul enjoyed playing pool, rollerskating (Goose), camping with his friends and family, and he will always have a need for speed.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (http://www.heartandstroke.ca/).
