Condolence From: Bridger Strong
Condolence: Today will always be a tough one, we miss you at the clubs everyday! Your joyful and positive outlook on life impacted so many people, we're all very fortunate for having the opportunity and pleasure to know you. As you would say with a big smile while walking into the club "Happy Wednesday!!" (I'll always miss that)

GO STEELERS!!!

Sending lots of love from the Strong family and BigSky!

Condolence: I can't believe it is almost a year. He was a really great guy. I don't know one person who didn't like him. I read my comment I made back Nov 20 2018 and it made me smile as I remember him so fondly. I will be thinking of him Nov 13th and how wonderful he was.

Condolence From: Jane McCormick (Lindsay)
Condolence: To Rod’s family, I met Rod back in 2007/2008 while he was just starting to work at Gold’s, then Good Life. We worked out once. We never worked out again because we laughed too much. We went on one date. There was zero chemistry and that was funny to us too. He called me “J Mac.”
I moved to another part of the city, he left Good life, so I hadn’t seen him in years-but I used to see him about 5-6 times a week, always talked to him and just assumed he would always be there.
When I saw his post back in September, I really just thought this was a temporary setback.
I am just so sorry he is gone. I can’t imagine how all of you are feeling.

Condolence: I grew up with Rod on Twintree Crescent. Thanks to Facebook, I have been able to see a little bit of the young kid I knew grow into a very loved and good man. Godspeed Rod. You will be missed.

Condolence: Thanks for being Y.O.U. Always a smile and did we ever laugh a ton in the laundry room at Old Gold's. Such a cult culture we had going on.. and the jokes!! The jokes kept us going back to the laundry room after each client... I looked forward to your classes and then I dreaded them, then liked them again.
Great to have stayed connected to you through the industry with shared clients and shared vision. Rod, I enjoyed serving you, and meeting your awesome friends & family. "Deadlift For Rod" may have to be an annual event!! Your laughter and the smile is unforgettable. Peace
