Condolence: How many happy memories I have since meeting Margrethe when her boys came to the Carbon School in 1957 [I think]. Fred and my son Glen soon became friends and much later Fred was best man at Glen's wedding. I so enjoyed visits with Margrethe at Bethany Village and at the Danish Canadian Club. She will be so missed by so many, but her loving kindness shown to so many will keep her in your memories.

I would like to offer my condolences on your loss. While I only had the pleasure of spending a few days with Margrethe and certain immediate family members, it certainly left an impact on me of which I am very grateful. On the busiest days, Margrethe's bright smile was a highlight and refreshment for me. It was moving to witness the immense love and kindness emitted by her and her family. I can only imagine that such wonderful daughters and family could only have come from such a wonderful mother, friend and loved one as Margarethe. I wish to express, that in such a short time, Margarethe and those of her family of whom I have met have left an impact on me which says a lot about the genuine love I witnessed. I will always remember the blessed opportunity I had to meet those of you I did, especially Margarethe whose life was clearly an inspiration to many.
