Mom's Orange Cake Recipe published in Denmark 1987
I recently received a reminder from a first cousin in Denmark that Mom had submitted her recipe for Orange Cake (Appelsin-Kage) in about 1987 to the widely circulated Danish weekly magazine 'Hjemmet' (The Home). See the attached photo plus a companion photo in the overall photo collection. Another example of her many talents.
