Condolence: Linda was my best friend during the 60's when we were growing up in Quebec Her nickname was Map (she was the only one who could decipher a bus schedule). She would threaten to leave the bunch of us on St. Catherine Street if we did not bow to her demands. There were so many wonderful talents it would take pages to mention. Her ability to love stands out. We did not keep in touch but she was always in my heart. I'm sorry for Jane's loss the two made a formidable duo.

Linda’s sweet smiling face and gritty comments will be sorely missed by us all. I will miss her deviously demure card playing antics, her generous tolerance of Jane’s and my playing and singing, and I was very appreciative of her kind suggestions and advice for my Sadie. We will pick up the torch on her behalf and continue to care for and love all the things that were dear to her. She will not be forgotten.

Condolence: I am so glad I was able to get to know you... how could I not, when all Jane would ever do is tell me what an amazing partner you were. She swears you never fought and we’re such a perfect match. I was lucky enough to see this bond for myself... that it was real and true. I will not forget you. I’m not a Kokanee drinker... but you can be assured that this chick will be having one in your honour every St. Patrick’s day! I will do my best to help the crew keep Janes spirits up. Condolence: Linda you were the glue that put many of your branches of friends together to form friendships we may never have forged if not for you. I vividly recall you coming into Janes life and as i have told you already, you changed her life and her heart forever. I have never seen any two people love each other, respect each other and be so good for each other as you two. I loved your time taking me fishing, loved your sense of humour and wise perspective on things we talked about. We never completed solving all the worlds problems over our love of Kokanee, our viteman “K”. I will always appreciate your love and attention. As we planned, I will be taking the love of your life to our fishing spots to recover both your rod and my rod from the deep depths of Lee and Eagle Lakes. You are gone physically but you remain within many of us in our hearts and our memories. We shared many a laugh even the day you physically left us. We will share many more and we will meet again.
