Condolence: The first thing I thought was unprintable when I saw this notice even two years late- which is apparently my style. I attended college w Bill at SSFC in Lindsay which generated a few stories and was one of the group that ended up in Calgary. Many of my happiest memories Involved Bill and some of the people I went to College w. I think he always missed Midland and Ontario but he made his life and many lifelong friends in Alberta- probably because he relocated from Calgary after moving(just saying). I'll miss you- I have missed you Bill you made my life richer. Be well my friend.

Condolence: Such fond memories of spending time with Bill and his family when we were kids. On the boat in the summer, playing frisbee in the water, and snowmobiling or other fun things in the winter. Smart, funny, lots of energy - and he teased me a lot! but I smile as I think of that - and am so sorry to hear of his passing.....love to Bernice and Rob.....

Condolence: Bill was a regular customer at Bentley’s Books. He always had a smile and a joke or three (not always PC). And he always made me smile.

Condolence: Very sad news to hear of Bill’s passing. Bill and I were co workers at Alberta transportation for many years. We were both hunters and outdoorsmen so it didn’t take long to develop a friendship which led to many adventures over the years. Once I left transportation and he moved to Cochrane we kept in touch for quite a few years after but unfortunately those visits and phone calls became fewer and fewer. I would think about him often though especially the friendly insults that he was famous for. We are still hunting the same place that he took us to all those years ago. He will be missed and I will be thinking of him this fall when I’m sitting in a tree stand taking in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest.

Condolence: We are very saddened to hear that Bill has passed away. We had a fabulous atmosphere at the AT Lab, and were all like family, as we all participated in lots of sports together during coffee breaks, lunch hours, and after work events. I have many fond memories of our coffee break soccer games at the back of the lab with Bill. We will all miss sincerely miss Bill.

Condolence: You were a work colleague for nearly twelve years, the provider of chocolate and wine for your "work wives", your quirky sense of humor, jokes (some bad) and endless stories. You were a wonderful soul with a kind heart that will be deeply missed.

Sincere condolences to Bill's family. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all as you navigate through this very difficult time.

Condolence: I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing.
I had the pleasure of meeting Bill early in my career. Over the years he was always so good to me, offering professional advice and fantastic conversation. He was a real mentor, and a genuinely great human being. He will be missed.
