Condolence: Cathy and Kevin, my heart breaks for you and your family. To this day I refer to your mum as my babysitter, and reminisce fondly of the countless childhood memories made with all of you. In fact, the majority of my childhood anecdotes begin with either, “Once at Mrs Klemmer’s house, Cathy and I...” Back then I took for granted the unwavering kindness, fairness, and immeasurable patience your mum showed me...and I/we tested her a lot! I couldn’t have known then the impact she would have on me. Now as a mother I try to put into practice the lessons learnt and knowledge gained from her. Condolence: My sincere condolences to Hilda's Family and many friends. I feel so sorry as I imagine the depth of their sense of loss. I felt deeply grateful to Hilda for her warm company. She offered a calm, healing acceptance of her fellow man. I was impacted by her humility and uplifted by her sense of humour. She will be greatly missed.

I remember Hilda’s kindness during those carefree days. She was always filled with joy and ready to provide a much-needed snack to us children.
