Condolence: Gerty loved God, loved her family and friends. She had a unique way of drawing people to her. Gerty was a gift that contained many giftings. She was organized and a great event planner. She had a sense of fashion and decor and could make any house a home. She had a special way with children, enjoying her grandchildren, teaching Sunday School, and later fostering young ones. She did things with excellence. Gerty was fun loving and enjoyed an adventure. Her generous and caring spirit touched and blessed many lives. We have many fond memories and been blessed to have known her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones.
