Gertrude "Gerty" Le Clerc
June 13th, 1950 - June 2nd, 2018

After battling cancer, Gerty Le Clerc was a champion until the end. She passed away on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 at the age of 67. Gerty had a vibrant personality and was the life of the party. She loved country dancing and made every social event fun. Gerty also loved nature and the mountains.

Gerty will be forever loved and remembered by her four children Pauline (Justin), Kevin (Sandra), Darlene (Geordie) and Danny (Lee-Anne); ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; husband Owen Crampton; mother Pauline Le Clerc; three sisters Angela (Charlie), Regina (Fred) and Rhonda (Charlie); and brother Fred. Gerty was predeceased by her brother Abraham and her father Pierre Le Clerc.

Gerty had a very strong faith, and knew she was going home to heaven. She will be dearly missed.

A memorial gathering to pay tribute to Gerty is being planned. Details will be updated once confirmed.
