Obituary for Mitchell Louis Dean Wray-McNichol

Mitchell Louis Dean Wray-McNichol
September 7, 2003 - April 20, 2018

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mitchell on Friday, April 20, 2018.
Mitchell was a truly wonderful son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. He was reserved a lot of the time, but had outrageous bursts of craziness. He was so funny, and intense. He loved online gaming and that consumed most of his time.

Mitchell was not easy to get close to, and he chose his allies carefully. He was a really gifted artist and we were all looking forward to see what he would do with that talent. He left us too early, with so much undone. We are at a loss as to how to go on without him.

The people who are left behind are shattered by the void he once filled. There are so many of us left behind, but here are a few. Mom (Colleen), Dad (Dean), sisters, (Melissa Wray & Amanda McNichol), Grandma Harriet, Grandpa Paul, Uncles Clive (Connie), Dale (Patti), Blaine, Aunt Lindy, Aunt Carol (Ted), Uncles Ryan (Reese), Scott (Janice) as well as numerous cousins and extended family. Mitchell was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Margaret and Louis McNichol and by his maternal grandfather Fred Wray.

The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, if you would consider a donation to the Alberta Children's Hospital or the Children's Help Phone. A Celebration of Mitchell's life will be held at Acclaim Hotel (123 Freeport Blvd NE) on Saturday April 28, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
