It is with profound sadness that the family of Steven Jackson announce his passing in Calgary, Alberta on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the age of 53.

A beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend. Steven is survived by his wife Rowena, and 6 year old daughter Jolina Stephanie; parents Howard and Shirley (nee Margaret); sister Karen and brother-in-law Keith; niece Kristina (David); nephew Kurtis; and best friend Wilson O’Toole.

Steven was born in Corner Brook, NL and grew up in Mount Pearl, NL and later moved to Calgary, AB where he spent his adult life. He worked for Foremost Industries for 32 years and was a journeyman machinist, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He is best known as an easy going person, with a wicked sense of humor, and a talented musician. He will be missed and fondly remembered by those who knew him.
