Elaine Patricia Andrew
October 25, 1951 - February 27, 2018

It is with great sorrow that we announce Elaine’s passing. She was born in Vancouver, BC to Marge and Fred Andrew. Growing up in Vancouver and Burnaby, Elaine graduated from Burnaby Central High School in 1969. Subsequently, she graduated from the first class of registered nurses at BCIT. Elaine worked as a labour and delivery nurse for over 40 years, helping in countless births. She was also a talented artist with passions in quilting, knitting and weaving.

Elaine will be greatly missed by her daughters Kim Lawrence-Young (AJ), Jill Fergusson (Kevin) and Courtney Johnson (Phil); her seven grandchildren; three sisters; extended family, and many friends.

A Celebration of Elaine’s Life will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. at the Wainwright Hotel (Heritage Park - 1900 Heritage Dr. SW, Calgary).
