The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Karl Heather can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Bob Murray
Condolence: I knew Karl as a child and always loved his spirit. I moved out to Calgary with his brother Kevin, my best friend at the time. Karl came out shortly after and we lived together for many years. I was thinking about him lately and was meaning to look him up. Today was the day I discovered the sad news. His obituary is perfectly written, it felt like it was just yesterday that I spoke to him last…its actually been over 30 years…I pray he knew our savior and is experiencing eternity. My heart felt condolences to the entire family and to Kevin, they were some of the greatest memories of my life. Thank you!

Condolence: I had many deep and interesting conversations with Karl. I enjoyed hearing about his camping trips and "run ins" with the wildlife and I felt fortunate that he would remember to ask if I had seen the latest "nerd" movie. Karl has been deeply missed.
My thoughts are with Karl's family and friends.

Condolence From: Brent Wright
Condolence: Karl joined our company at our start up back in 2002. I was very fortunate that Karl always shared his thoughts on how to continuously improve our business. Not a day went by where I would see Karl and we exchanged our good day wishes. He always shared his thoughts so freely on the good going on at work, the challenges and ideas on how to improve. Our company was fortunate to have Karl on our team. He left an amazing impression.

The news of Karl's death found us unprepared. The business relationship and personal friendship we had with Karl have been a source of enrichment and enjoyment to all of us. Our company shall miss him greatly.

Karl was held in the highest regard by our employees. He set an example that will continue to be an inspiration to us all. Please accept our sincere sympathy for your loss.

Sincerely,
Brent Wright
