Obituary for Elizabeth Anne Golemme (Guti)

Elizabeth Anne Golemme (Guti)
Golemme, Elizabeth
1948-2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wife and mom, Elizabeth Golemme. Elizabeth was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1948 and came to Canada during the Hungarian revolution in 1956. She graduated from Forest Lawn High School in 1967 and in 1978 married her husband Anselmo. Together they had four children. She loved painting, cooking, computers, and animals, especially her dog Pilo. She was always very giving and lived selflessly for her family.

She is survived by her husband Anselmo, children Angela (James), Laura, Marco (Kendra), Roberto, and grandchildren Damien, Mikayla, and Lucas as well as extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Sándor and Erzsébet as well as her younger brother Sándor of Hungary.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Parish (404 Northmount Place NW) on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:30 am. Graveside Service to follow at Queen's Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated.
