It is with great sadness that the family of Darlene Lillian Whittle announce her passing on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 75. Darlene will be remembered by her loving husband of 50 years Carl Whittle and their children Lenard Moodie (Shelley), Kathy Hannin (Paul), Brenda Bell (Steve) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, three sisters and close relatives.

Funeral Service will be held at Northmount Baptist Church (451 Northmount Drive NW) on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to service. A private family graveside service will follow at Queen's Park Cemetery.

In honour of Darlene's love of the Flames, you are invited to wear your jersey to her service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any children's charity.
