The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Fredrick Bjarnason can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Brian, Lisa and Jamie,

I am just learning of your dad's passing and wish to convey my condolences to you.

As you may recall, your grandparents lived next door to my family while I was growing up. Vicky and Al were like family to ours. (I will always remember Vicky's words, with a twinkle in her eye, "a little rye in your eye".) :-)

Although Fred was often on the road, my interactions with him were always pleasant. I am sorry for your loss but am wishing you the best of memories of your dad and those others who have gone on ahead.

Rest assured knowing Fred will have received one heck of a reception which will have included some wonderful music, lots of laughter and some sweet family harmonies.
