August 8, 1932 - January 24, 2018
Laszlo “Leslie” Klein of Calgary, Alberta passed away peacefully on January 24, 2018 at the age of 85. Leslie was born August 8th, 1932 in Kassa, Hungary and moved to Canada in 1957 where he met his wife Laura. They settled in Calgary and raised their family. He is survived by his children Sheila, Tivadar and Laszlo (Susan) and his grandson Richard. Also, Laura’s son Les (Norene) and their children Jessie (Duane) and Ryan who both called Leslie Grandpa, and Laura’s great grand children, Chase and Lyndsay. His love for his family remained steadfast through his years as did his love for the beautiful mountains. The family wishes to send sincere thanks to his care team at Dolcina Hospice for their kindness during his last few days.
Dates of a Memorial and Celebration of his Life will be forthcoming.
