Condolence: Kari & all Family,
Please accept my eternal sympathy.
Beautiful people are placed on this earth to teach all the people they come in contact with how to emulate her many wonderful qualities, and all of her goodness.
Elaine had many admirable qualities, there are not enough literary words in the dictionary to say enough about Elaine.
As I release these balloons up with my personal messages inside them tonight, I wish you well as you cross over and Peace to the family.

Condolence: To Gordon Scott and all of Elaine's family, please accept my sincere sympathy. I had the privilege of knowing Elaine when I worked at the CPS. Elaine was always positive with sparkling blue eyes and a lovely smile even though she a lot of responsibilities. I am sure that when she reached the gates of heaven, with outstretched arms God said, "Welcome home, My good and faithful servant! Come and rest."

Condolence: Kari & Family,

My deepest condolences to all of you during this time of great loss. Your Mom was such a cheerful, dedicated and pleasant person to know.

On many occasions and before photo-lineup automation, CPS members including myself called upon her in need of an urgent photo-lineup for an investigatIon. Managing this city-wide expectation was no easy task, yet she always delivered promptly to serve us and the community throughout the years.

Such dedication!

Thank you for sharing the lovely photographs of her with us.
