Condolence: I was just on the L&M Calgary facebook page and found out that Greg passed away. I remember him from him always coming to the nearby Wendy's during his break for grabbing a bite to eat. Whenever I was on front cash I would take his order down which was four hamburgers with all condiments on them and a drink. Always appreciated his stay there and we would have a typical conversation about how his day was coming along or if there were any sales at L&M. Sad to see a sweet and loving guy pass away. Will always remember his sweet smile. Everyone that knows you, including me, will miss you. Condolences to the family and his friends. RIP Greg.

Condolence: Greg will be so missed. Everyone I've talked to has nothing but wonderful words and memories. He was a amazing player, incredible singer and wonderful person. I had the pleasure of working with him and playing with him in a weekly acoustic jam that was so much fun. Could not have done it without him. You will be so missed.

Condolence: So saddened to hear of the passing of Greg. I've got to know Greg a bit from my many trips to Long and McQuade. Greg was genuine, caring and friendly and never hesitated to strike up a conversation when I walked into the store. He touched those he met positively and I am richer for having known him.

Condolence: Dear Kucheran Family,

We are all very very sad to hear of Greg's passing. Ironically we're we're just taking of Greg and Cindy the other day at the dinner table remembering all the fun times we had as kids growing up and thinking how cool it would be to make contact with the Greg and Cindy again when we made the very upsetting discovery of Greg's passing. We express our sincere condolences to all who are close with Greg and of course the Kucheran family.

Rest in Peace Greg. You are definitely missed and never forgotten!

Condolence: I was saddened to hear of Greg's passing. Another reminder of how quickly time passes and yet how intense and vivid certain parts of life can seem. I often saw Greg and other members of The Funeral Factory around various venues - the National and Westward - in particular back in the 80s. Despite the darkness of their music, they always seemed to be in a good mood when I bumped into them - full of the humour, individuality and creativity that I was lucky enough to witness in so many people I knew in Calgary back then. Greg was proof that you can carve out our your own imaginative universe in the most surprising of places. He was also proof that you could be creative and a nice person at the same time. A rare genius of the spirit.
