March 26, 1970 (Brockville, ON) – March 23, 2018 (Calgary, AB)

Son to Erik and Pauline, Brother to Kelly, and Dad to Tanisha, Jeff died of cancer at the age of 47.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the Neurology Department staff at Foothills Medical Centre and to the staff of Unit 46 at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre for the love, care, and kindness they showed to Jeff during his lengthy time with them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
