Condolence: 8 months ago today we lost one of the kindest men I have known. You were always so good to my Sis and you always gave Dawnie and her two kids, Sam and Deacon, love and support as you did your own. You loved those little grandchildren, Sophie and Kaiden, too, so much, and you shone when you talked about them. But mostly, I was impressed how you made Dawn so happy and how much you gave of yourself to her. You two will always remain an inspiration of love and what marriage should be! We miss you here on Earth Don but we know you are watching over us with your little smile and kind, generous heart!~ XO Lynn

Condolence: Hi Dawn, we are so sorry to hear about Don. We just found out 5 minutes ago (Feb. 12) of his passing. We remember his infectious laugh and his smiling face. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I learned a lot over the years from him. We will definately toast a beer for him. He will always be remembered.

Condolence: So sad to hear.

Don was fun to work and play with (actually had moves on the hockey rink at NAIT).

He had a great smile and I loved when he looked at you when you discussing a contract or rate issue with a smirk and without saying anything, you got the message (you don't really believe that do you?).

My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Condolence: It was with a very heavy heart that I learned of Don’s sudden illness. In 1990 Don and I moved from Edmonton to Calgary to open up Alberta Power’s new marketing office. Over the next three years we had many laughs in the office and as we traveled around Alberta. Over the next the 20+ years our paths crossed often and Don was always a fun loving guy and a joy to work with. Dawn, I am so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: I am very sad to hear this news. Don and I worked together closely at Altagas on several power projects. We had a lot of laughs together and were always hoping to work together again. My condolences to family and friends.

My heart hurts... My deepest sympathy goes out to Don's family and especially to you Dawn. You told me more than once you had found your soul mate. I am so sad for your loss but so very glad you found each other and shared your lives. I will raise a glass in Don's memory and know the three Amigos will meet again on down the road.
