First I would like to tank to wonderful family we have and of course the friends Chris has and continues to think about her. Being the oldest brother in the family, Chris and I had wonderful times growing up togeather. Her girls friends in school were a God send but after talking to them they thought Chris was a leader and organizer. She wouldn't except no, or we can"t do this, she always plowed ahead being a leader.
She followed me and my hockey career into my Junior days. Sometimes dropping her own desires but with mom and dad by her side they had many great travelling times watching us (Alex, Jerry and Bruce). Her singing days in the music group with close friends was a time she really enjoyed. Singing with me doing the dishes as children were fun for me as I hated doing dishes. She worked hard as a student in school and taught me to do homework, as amazing as that sounds.
We grew apart in our adult years through marriages and children, but always a long phone call brought us togeather. She always always asked about the family and old friends. Sunday dinners were important the to Clarkes as it was for our mom and dad growing up. Don is a quiet guy that Chris fell in love with in Fort St John. They moved the Calgary and raised two wonderful daughters, a lasting legacy to both her and Don.
The Celebration of her life as attended by 250 souls who truly loved her and did celebrate her life.
She is truly missed by her oldest brother, Bruce..
