The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kirthie "Keith" Maitripala can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I have known Kirthi since his arrival in Canada. He arrived in Calgary as a visitor. He was an avid cricketer and his favorite position on the field was keeping wickets[wicket-keeper], besides he was a very stylish batsman. He played with me as a member of the United Sports Club at Riley Park. He was chosen to represent Alberta in the Provincial Cricket Tournament. Retiring from cricket he took up to golf and excelled in the sport.May his soul REST IN PEACE.
He was a good friend, loving husband and father.
