CORSON, Patricia
May 2, 1939 – August 13, 2017
PATRICIA I. CORSON (nee Clement, previously Hinch) born May, 2, 1939 in Niagara Falls, ON. She passed away on August 13, 2017 at the Bethany Harvest Hills Senior’s Home in Calgary, AB. She is survived by her husband of nearly 23 years Ed Corson; daughters, Tracy Forman (Doug Connon) and Sandra Casola (Tony); stepchildren, Lorri LaCount and Mark Corson (Angel); brother, Hugh McNeil and nine grandchildren. Patricia suffered with Alzheimer’s disease for several years before passing.
She was employed for 38 ½ years as a Lab Technician and with Sears Canada for over 12 years. She was very active in life climbing or hiking in the mountains or skiing (downhill and x-country). She also loved to dance which is how she met Ed. The family would like to thank the staff at the Bethany Harvest Hills Senior’s Home for the exceptional care and love given to Patricia while a resident there.
A Funeral Service will be held at Choice Memorial (105 – 4715 13 St NE) on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 7:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers a donation in Patricia’s name to the Bethany Care Foundation www.bethanycarefoundation.com (Tel. 403-210-4611).
