Douglas Hoffman
December 8, 1955 - August 5, 2017

It is with great sadness to announce that Douglas Hoffman has passed away Saturday August 5 2017 from heart and lung complications in his home with his love Catherine by his side. He was born December 8, 1955 in Kamloops, British Columbia to Mervin and Nadine Hoffman. Douglas was loved by many including his three brothers Rick, Brian, and Garth Hoffman and his children Danica, Andy, and Lee.

In his spare time Doug loved to be with his friends and family enjoying food, drinks, and lots of laughs. He always wanted to make people smile with his stories and jokes and he loved his family dearly. Douglas worked hard but in his down time he loved to be in nature feeding the squirrels and birds peanuts. He was so loved there are no words for how much he will be missed. A big piece of our hearts was taken away with his passing.

A Celebration of Doug's Life will take place at The Bow River Barley Mill (201 Barclay Parade SW) on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 3:00 pm for family and close friends.
