Condolence: I worked with Bob for several years at Calgary Transit . We started the same same year and when he left the customer service Department and went to work at the down town customer I pretty much followed him. He always said "no not you again" we had great times. We all took our turns on Fridays to buy Bacon and eggers at the A&W. He will be missed Dearly. I always remember is saying "oh me Oh my" but always listened to our problems.I"m so sorry for your loss and RIP Bob your going to be missed and heaven gained another Angel.

Condolence: So sorry to hear the passing of Bob..I had the pleasure to work with Bob as A Transit Information Officer, when I started me career at the transit.He had such a gentle voice and could make me smile when the times got tough on the phones..he will be sadly missed...Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence: I worked at Calgary Transit and dealt with Bob via phone on many occasions over the years. He was definitely an asset to Calgary Transit and will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Condolence: I had the good fortune of working with Bob for 2 years when I first started at CT. Bob was an good man, a great supervisor,and dedicated to his job. He was always helpful and willing to listen. He had a good sense of humor, and he will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

Condolence: When I joint CT 10 years ago, he was my supervisor and he taught me a lot. Bob was a nice person, a good supervisor and a true friend to me. He will be missed by all of us.

Condolence: When I started working at Calgary Transit 15 years ago Bob trained me, he was a perfectionist, professional and had a wonderful sense of humor. I will miss your wonderful stories and jokes.

Condolence: Sincere condolences to the Mitchell family. I worked with Bob for many years at the City. He was thoughtful and dedicated in everything he did.

Condolence: I and my daughter were part of a group of singles and marrieds that attended Center Street Church. After the Sunday evening service Bob would come with us for supper. He shared workings (or not workings) of CTS and Calgary politics. He also shared his heath history and close call with heavy metals. He had strong belief in a holistic doctor for turning his health around. He ate carefully. We were glad to hear of his passion for golf and his trips to the great courses. All good things came to an end and for health reasons I decided that the late night dinners were not the best for me and I had to work Mondays. I am older than Bob. My daughter and I went to the Sunday 11AM services until she suffered concussion in a car accident. Alas I had not seen Bob for at least a year and was surprised to hear of his passing. I assume his valiant effort to overcome the earlier health crisis were not successful. We will always remember his smile. Respectfully Bernard
