Ethel Grace Findlay passed away on June 26, 2017 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her husband John Edward Findlay in September 1999. Grieving Grace's loss and celebrating her life are her daughters: Caroline (Wayne), Lisa (Joe) Son: Rob (Mieke) Seven Grandchildren: Mike, Lori, Daniel, Alisha, Tyler, Brianna, Morgan, Nine Great-grandchildren: Conrad, Nolan, Jessica, Alley, Denessa, Orrin, Oliva, Jayce, Sights.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM at:
McDougall United Church
8516 Athabasca Street S.E.
Calgary,Alberta T2H1S1
Grace will be remembered for her love of family, as well as her appreciation and delight with the little things in life. Her contributions as a coach of girl’s baseball and her competitive spirit in bowling has left an everlasting impact. She also developed many close friendships during her many years working as a banquet waitress at the Palliser Hotel in Calgary. Grace had a full life and saw much change over her 93 years; all of which she accepted and embraced. She will be dearly missed by her family.
