It is with sadness and heavy hearts that we announce Felipe Gregorio Ybanez Rubio, age 83, has peacefully passed away into the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Felipe was born on February 06, 1933 in Otuzco, la libertad - Peru. He spent his early childhood years in Otuzco and as a teenage, moved to Trujillo where he started his working career. Later moving to Lima, Peru, he joined and attended a local Christian church were he met his future wife, Isabel, with whom he was married with for 55 years and started a family. He was a custom furniture maker and proud father of 6 children
His greatest joy was to serve the Lord and as an active member of Belen Pentecostal Church, Felipe had a great influence and impact within his church community - he never left the faith and passed on his values to his family.
Felipe was predeceased by his wife Isabel Abanto. He is survived by his loving children Lidia, Joel, Juan, Sara, Ana and Marcos. His grandchildren Abraham, Kathleen, Stephanie, Joel, Abigail, Martha, Alex, Carol, Josue, Isabela and Marco-Adrian. His great-grandchildren, Divina, Victor (Junior), Nathanael, Jalila and Eidiana.
