Ursulak, Gerry William

May 2, 1969 - September 29, 2016

It is with heavy hearts the family of Gerry William Ursulak sadly announce his passing on September 29, 2016, at the age of 47 years. Gerry is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Tanis (Swanky) and his children, Brett and Abby. He is also survived by his twin brother Barry (Sandra); brothers Randy, Murray (Cathy); sister Patty Paul (Don) and Baba Marie Ursulak. Gerry will lovingly be remembered by Dustin, Hayden, Cassie, Dean, Candice, Benjamin, Breanne, Bradley, Richard, James and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Gerry was predeceased by his parents Marion and Marshall Ursulak.

The Celebration of Life for Gerry will be on Friday, October 14th at 1:00 pm at the RockPointe Church in Bearspaw (255024 Lochend Road, Calgary). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
